Pre paid subscriptions

If your order is a pre-paid subscription direct with the Publisher, you will need to contact them directly on the following contact numbers.

Please ensure you have your Direct Subscriber account details ready. If you are unsure of your Direct Subscriber account number, please ask one of our friendly staff and they will provide this for you.

NOTE: STOP / START REQUESTS TAKE TIME TO PROCESS, AND AS SUCH, MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 BUSINESS DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE. Alternatively, please phone us on (03) 9614-2573 for a more immediate response to your Stop / Start action.
